SIMCOE COUNTY
The county’s affordable housing strategy is focused on providing housing for low- to moderate-income households. “We know there is a need for affordable housing along the entire continuum,” said Arfona Zwiers, director of social housing for Simcoe County. “That includes people who are fully employed, but it also includes people living on the lowest of incomes.”
The Simcoe County Housing Development Corporation has two projects underway in Collingwood and Wasaga beach with MCL Architects.
